Open rates are not the most valuable metric I our CRM. Lead acquisition cost & conversion costs are the most relevant next to actual sales. I focus on growing my list, onboarding new leads daily without necessary caring about the open rate. The metric isn’t too relevant. Specially when emailing 50,000+ people daily.
