I don't even bother with so-called entrepreneurs who can't afford retainer fees to structure and market their own deals.

We receive 150+ deals a year, if we worked on all without retainers, we'd be bankrupt and out of time.

They're just bad faith negotiators or incomptetent, in both cases, you want to stay away from those types of prospects.
